個人簡介 I have been working in the company secretarial field for over 25 years, first in some Big4 namely Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Ernst & Young and international law firms e.g. DLA Piper, King & Wood Mallesons and in 2010 I set up my own company to provide services to profits and non-profit making companies and also share my knowledge through writing the Hong Kong Company Secretary's Practice Manual and short articles for publication in overseas portals and newspapers
